If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of purchase for a refund, provided they meet the following conditions:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU law.
• We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
How to Return an Item
UK Returns
1. Request a return: start your return by using this link. Enter your email address and you will receive a one-time access code by email. Once entered, you can view your order and submit a return request. No password or account creation is required.
2. Return approval and instructions: once your return is approved, you will receive an email with clear return instructions, including a Royal Mail QR code.
3. Drop off your return: take your parcel to any Royal Mail Post Office. Simply show the QR code at the counter. No printing is required. Royal Mail will print and attach the label for you.
4. Return fee: a £3.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping will be covered and no fee will be deducted.
5. Refund processing: once the item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
EU & International Returns
To start a return, please contact us at returns@angelil.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers outside the UK are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping. If your item is found to be defective or incorrect, we will reimburse the return shipping cost once the issue is confirmed.
Please include the completed return form inside your package so we can identify and process your return correctly.

Refunds & Processing Time
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
• Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to process and post the refund.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at returns@angelil.com.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Final sale items & gift cards
• Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order separately.
How do I track my Angelil order?
You’ll receive an email once your order has shipped titled “Your Order is on the way”, containing your tracking link.
Alternatively, you can log into your Angelil Account and track your order there.

1. Log into your Account
2. Head to Account > My Orders
3. Check the fulfilment status of your order.
• If it’s fulfilled, select the order.
• If the status is not yet fulfilled, try again in 24 hours to allow us a little longer to dispatch your order.
4. Click Track Your Order to be directed to your specific courier tracking.
Alternatively, you can use the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Europe
All European orders are shipped with duties and taxes included.
United States
Orders shipped to the United States are sent with duties and taxes included.
Rest of the World
Orders shipped outside the UK, Europe, and the United States are dispatched from the UK. We aim to include duties and taxes whenever possible, however local customs charges may occasionally apply depending on destination and regulations.
General Notes
We always include the correct documentation to support customs clearance. Customs inspections and processing times vary by country and are outside of our control.
If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, any additional redelivery or return fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
If you need to modify your order, please contact us within an hour of placing it. We'll do our best to help with your order, but if it has been shipped out already, it can not be modified.
